2-In anticipating supporting the education sector, KOICA commissioned VSO to carry out a rapid assessment on the current provision of In-Service Training (INSET) for primary and lower secondary school teachers. The objectives were to classify current INSET programmes, explore teachers’ training needs, trainers’ capacity to deliver INSET, and to investigate strengths and challenges.
